    You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. CHASE A CHANCE may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or otherwise threatens the integrity of the platform.

  3. 3. Gameplay and Rewards

    • Digital Collectibles: Cards, packs, and prizes offered through the Service are digital entertainment items , not securities, gambling instruments, or promises of profit.
    • No Cash Value: Unless explicitly stated, digital items cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the platform.
    • Fair Play: You agree not to exploit bugs, scripts, or unauthorized automation to influence outcomes.
    • Reward Fulfillment: Physical shipments (if offered) are provided “as available” and may be delayed or substituted without notice.

  4. 4. Intellectual Property

    All content, branding, graphics, and code on the Service are owned or licensed by CHASE A CHANCE CORP.

    You agree not to:

    Chase a Chance makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHASE A CHANCE CORP. and its affiliates are not liable for:
    • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
    • loss of data or virtual items
    Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; if so, liability will be limited to the minimum permitted by law.

    Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
